FF&E Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and visionary FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Designer to lead the creative and technical aspects of high-profile interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E design, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with client expectations and project goals.

• Lead the conceptualization, selection, and presentation of FF&E schemes for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Create detailed mood boards, material palettes, and presentation visuals to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Project Management:
• Oversee FF&E planning, procurement, and installation phases.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure alignment with the overall design vision.
• Develop and maintain FF&E schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Source high-quality materials, furniture, and fixtures that align with project standards.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to optimize project budgets.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct quality checks on FF&E items to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Oversee on-site installations to confirm proper placement and finishing.
• Address and resolve any design-related challenges or discrepancies during implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in FF&E design, with a proven track record of leading high-end projects.
• Extensive knowledge of design trends, materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, or similar software.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence.
