Senior Design Manager - Interior​/Architecture - PMC

Cornerstone Global Partners is proud to be partnering with a leading Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in Dubai, UAE, currently managing a portfolio of high-profile, upper-luxury hospitality developments.

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager - Interior/Architecture - PMC to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will come from a strong architectural design background with a significant focus on Interior Design
, and must have demonstrable experience delivering ultra-luxury hospitality projects within the Middle East.

This role will take full ownership of the pre-contract interior design process
, with a key focus on managing and coordinating the appointed Asset Interior Designer and Lead Design Consultant to ensure all design deliverables are produced to the highest standard, on time, and in alignment with project vision, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

• 10+ years of design experience, ideally starting in Architecture with a strong shift toward Interior Design leadership
• Proven track record working on ultra-luxury or upper-luxury hospitality projects (resorts, 5-star hotels, branded residences)
• Demonstrable experience managing pre-contract design stages and leading the full interior design coordination process
• Strong exposure to working with international interior design firms
  , lead consultants, hospitality operators, and brand teams
• Deep understanding of luxury interior design standards
  , FF&E coordination, and guest experience-driven design
• Experience in a PMC, developer, client-side, or leading interior design consultancy environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultant coordination skills
• Middle East experience is essential
  , ideally with projects in the UAE or Saudi Arabia
