Project Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead the architectural design and delivery of complex projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
• Manage and coordinate architectural teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained during design and construction phases.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local authorities’ regulations, building codes, and project standards.
• Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and authority submissions.
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely design delivery.
• Support construction teams by resolving site‑related design issues and providing technical guidance.
• Conduct design reviews and quality control checks across all architectural deliverables.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development and best practices.
• Assist in value engineering exercises while maintaining design quality and functionality.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience as an Architect, with strong exposure to project leadership roles.
• Proven experience on large‑scale residential, commercial, mixed‑use, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, authority requirements, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in architectural software and BIM platforms.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
