About the RoleThis senior leadership position is central to expanding the commercial division. The successful candidate will:
- Lead the commercial project pipeline, from strategic planning through to delivery
- Build and manage client relationships, serving as the primary commercial representative
- Develop market opportunities and drive business development aligned with growth objectives
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design and build to ensure exceptional quality and execution
- Shape commercial strategy, budgets, and long‑term growth initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
- Senior‑level experience in commercial landscape projects—design‑and‑build, construction, or related sectors
- Strong client‑facing ability: pitching, presenting, nurturing relationships, and negotiating contracts
- Proven capability in managing teams and coordinating large‑scale, multi‑phase commercial projects
- Strategic mindset with a track record of growing or developing business units
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dubai or GCC experience is advantageous but not essential
