Responsibilities

- Mentor, develop, and performance-manage senior designers and creative leaders.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory, technical, and brand requirements.
- Conduct design reviews and present concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Integrate user-centered design principles and data-driven insights into all work.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
