ANT is a Dubai-based G+12 licensed consultancy, operating within the domains of Engineering and Architecture. The office is currently involved in several ventures throughout UAE and India. Having worked for more than a decade on an assortment of projects ranging from single-unit homes to large hotels and shopping complexes, we have evolved into a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary firm, with demonstrated ability to offer innovative and economical design services.
The RoleResponsibilities
Responsibilities- Prepareaccurateanddetailedarchitectural,structural,andMEPdrawingsusing
AutoCADandRevit. - Assistinthedevelopmentofdesignpresentationsandconceptualdrawingsusing Photoshop,InDesign,Sketch Up,and Lumion.
- Coordinatewitharchitects,engineers,andotherconsultantstoensureaccuracyandcomplianceindesignanddocumentation.
- Translateconceptualsketchesanddesignsintotechnicaldrawingsasperprojectspecifications.
- Ensurethatalldrawingscomplywith Dubai Municipality (DM) andotherlocalauthorities’standards.
- Supportprojectteamsduringdesigndevelopmentandconstructiondocumentationphases.
- Modifyandrevisedrawingsbasedonfeedbackfromarchitects,engineers,andregulatoryauthorities.
- Maintainorganizedprojectfilesanddrawingregisters.
- Minimum5yearsofrelevantexperienceinanengineeringconsultancyenvironmentinthe
UAE. - Proficiency in
AutoCAD,Revit,Photoshop,InDesign,Sketch Up,and Lumion. - Strongknowledgeof
UAEbuildingcodes,construction detailing,and materials. - Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- Excellentattentiontodetailandorganizationalskills.
- Goodcommunicationskillsin English;knowledge of
Arabicisaplus.
- Diplomaorbachelor's degree in architecture,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
- Previousexperienceworkingwith Dubai Municipalitysubmissionsandapprovals .
- Knowledge of
BIMworkflowisanaddedadvantage.
- Work in a company with a solid track record of performance
