They are seeking a Senior Architect who lead exciting projects and help shape the future of design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Development: Oversee the conceptual and detailed design process for residential projects, ensuring architectural vision aligns with client goals and building regulations.
• Client Consultation & Presentations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design proposals, gathering feedback, and translating client needs into architectural solutions.
• Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Guide junior architects and design staff, providing technical direction, design critique, and professional development support.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Construction Coordination: Collaborate closely with construction teams, review shop drawings, and conduct site visits to verify design intent is properly executed on‑site.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 8+ years in design, documentation & detailing
• Proficient in BIM & Revit
• Strong leadership & client communication skills
