• Develop comprehensive architectural designs for new construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and design goals.
• Utilize advanced design software to create detailed architectural plans.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site surveys and analyze data for informed design decisions.
• Manage project timelines to ensure completion within budget and schedule constraints.
• Review and approve project submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
• Lead presentations and discussions with stakeholders to communicate design concepts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative design solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each phase of a project.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure as a Professional Architect is required in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural design software tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for effective collaboration.
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful architectural projects.
