AHS Properties is seeking a talented and imaginative 3D Visualiser to join our dynamic internal design team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual language of high-end residential, multi-residential, and commercial projects through evocative, photorealistic imagery.

We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of AI-enhanced rendering tools
, a passion for detail, and the ability to bring architectural and interior concepts vividly to life. If you thrive in a collaborative, design-led environment and love crafting visuals that captivate, we’d love to meet you.

• Hit the ground running with 3
  
  DSMax and leading AI software to produce interior stills and some external architecture / landscape work
• Produce compelling, photorealistic renders for a range of high-profile projects
• Model scenes and integrate high quality textures, lighting and materials, focus on atmosphere and lighting
• Manage time effectively across multiple deadlines
• Work in-house as part of a supportive and creatively driven team, with designers and 3D artists

• 3+ years' experience in architectural /
• Expert in 3
  
  DSMax, AI and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong eye for composition, light and atmosphere
• A background in architecture, interiors or design is highly regarded
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and work closely with design teams
