Design Draftsman - Facade

Meraki Group is on the lookout for a talented and motivated Design Draftsman - Façade to join our creative team. This role involves translating complex design concepts into detailed drawings and specifications for façade projects. You will collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of designs, while adhering to industry standards and project timelines.

• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for façade systems using CAD software.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional façade solutions.
• Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with design intentions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design considerations and technical details.
• Make adjustments to designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Maintain a library of detailed drawings and documentation for future reference.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in façade design and drafting.

• Certificate or diploma in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting, specifically for façade design preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and façade systems.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and a passion for façade design.
