Junior Architect

The Role :
Job Summary

The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects across various stages — from concept development to construction documentation. The role involves assisting senior team members in preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist in the development of design concepts, presentations, and architectural drawings.
• Prepare detailed CAD / Revit drawings, 3D models, and renderings as required.
• Support the preparation of tender and construction documentation packages.
• Participate in design reviews, technical coordination, and internal presentations.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (interior, structural, MEP, landscape) to ensure design integration.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors under the supervision of a Senior Architect.
• Assist in compiling and organizing design documentation and project deliverables.

• Participate in site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Prepare site reports and assist with design clarifications or RFIs.
• Research materials, products, and building systems as directed.

• Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in all project documentation.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction documentation.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with 3D rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, and V-Ray) is an advantage.
• Understanding of local building codes and authority submission processes is preferred.
