- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and site issues promptly.
- Liaise with the design consultant for clarifications, RFIs, and design modifications.
- Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups, and samples for approval.
- Ensure all architectural works comply with local codes, regulations, and project standards.
- Participate in technical meetings, coordination workshops, and site progress reviews.
- Identify potential design conflicts and propose practical solutions aligned with project constraints.
- Maintain updated records of drawings, revisions, and site instructions.
- Assist in handover procedures, including as‑built drawings.
