We’re looking to connect with exceptional F&B brand development specialists and consultants to partner with us on a freelance/consultancy basis. You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the world’s most exciting hospitality projects — from fine dining flagships and community cafés to street-food pop-ups and destination food halls.

What you’ll do (depending on project needs):- Lead and deliver brand development scopes to agreed timelines, supporting the development and implementation of hospitality advisory projects.
- Market research, including:
- Market analysis
- Benchmarking
- F&B market trends
- Customer profiling
- Market positioning
- Concept development, including:
- Concept narratives
- Look & feel mood boards
- OS&E development
- Music direction
- Uniform direction
- Atmosphere direction
- Experience planning
- Operational input where required
- Design collaboration/input where required
- Proven experience on large-scale, multi-faceted hospitality projects across Europe and the Middle East.
- Strong track record working collaboratively with wider project teams (design, marketing, operations).
- Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Excellent supplier and vendor connections.
- Solid F&B operations experience.
- Highly creative, with a sharp brand focus and a strong eye for detail.
- Deep awareness of current and emerging F&B trends, exciting new openings, and market movements.
- Arabic speaker.

Five-Day Work Week:
Standard Monday to Friday schedule.
Hybrid Work Arrangement:
Three days in the office and two days working remotely.
