Graphic Designer / Bid Designer role s is a mid‑senior level position within our in‑house Creative Design team.

We provide end‑to‑end services across the project lifecycle in sectors such as engineering, nuclear, operations & maintenance and capital. Our in‑house Creative Design team designs for print, events, web, virtual reality and motion across a range of accounts.

We are a multi‑discipline team of over 85 people including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers and developers, collaborating to deliver high‑quality design across projects with a strong focus on outcomes and value.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead and support a variety of cross‑discipline projects and become an influential member of a growing, talented team. You should have strong initiative, a clear and persuasive communication style for clients, and the ability to develop outcomes across different creative disciplines with a focus on design experience rather than technology.

You will support creative teams to produce their best work and help push projects to the next level. You will collaborate with stakeholders, understand team skills, and help challenge creativity and processes to improve delivery quality. The role covers design across print, events, web, virtual reality or motion, and aims to bring fresh, creative solutions to engineering, infrastructure and architectural projects.

You will contribute ideas, passion and problem‑solving approaches, lead projects where appropriate, and ensure delivery is of the highest standard both creatively and technically.

Importantly, you will have a stand‑out portfolio of conceptual work that demonstrates a real passion for design.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong layout and typography skills
