Duties and Responsibilities- Provide visionary, hands‑on leadership to multidisciplinary project teams from concept to completion, delivering world‑class architectural solutions on time and on budget.
- Mentor, motivate, and uplift talented designers, fostering their growth through coaching, reviews, and collaborative ideation.
- Lead creative direction and present strategies to discerning stakeholders, ensuring your team’s ideas shine and your own design passion sparks innovation.
- Shape studio strategy, uphold quality standards, and drive continuous improvement, working closely with directors to realise the firm’s creative ethos.
- Help build client relationships, contribute to new business development, and maintain an atmosphere of excellence and excitement in everything you do.
- A degree in Architecture, with at least 14 years’ relevant experience and a proven record of award‑winning design leadership.
- International professional accreditation (AIA/RIBA or equivalent strongly preferred) and confidence managing both people and project complexity.
- Mastery of cutting‑edge design tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, 3DS Max) and the creative energy to lead some of the most ambitious projects in the world.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, satisfy demanding clients, and solve challenges with grace and flair.
