As a Design Architect, you'll be at the heart of transforming ideas into outstanding architectural concepts. You’ll lead the creative process, craft the initial design intent, and translate client visions into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise will guide projects from conception through execution, collaborating with passionate teams and industry‑leading consultants. Bring your innovative approach to every project, embracing sustainability, cutting‑edge materials, and the latest design trends.

• Develop and communicate innovative architectural solutions, taking concepts from early phases through to completion.
• Prepare and refine drawings, models, presentations, and visual materials to clearly convey design ideas.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure every project meets high standards for safety, sustainability, and building regulations, while making smart decisions to align with client budgets.
• Support project leaders and contribute to the organisation, management, and execution of exciting design proposals.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and materials, always pushing boundaries for outstanding results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in design architecture, with a proven track record delivering quality work under deadlines.
• Experience working on international projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), MS Office, and advanced 3D software such as Rhino, Sketch Up, and Revit.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex design ideas clearly and confidently.
• Motivated, organised, and resilient, able to manage multiple tasks and build positive relationships at every level.

• Up to 25,000 AED per month, tax free.
• Annual Company Bonus - estimated 5‑7% of annual salary.
