As a Senior Product Designer, your role is crucial in driving design solutions that solve complex problems with a user‑centred focus. You will influence and shape the direction of our products across all platforms, and your advanced understanding and implementation of design principles, combined with your ability to mentor and elevate other team members, makes you an essential player in our team's mission to deliver unparalleled digital experiences.

• Lead complex design projects from concept development to execution across various platforms
• Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to guide design decisions and propose innovative solutions
• Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, facilitating productive design reviews
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Drive the expansion and evolution of the current design system, addressing new and unforeseen use cases
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, providing design insight and integrating user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives into the design process
• Advocate for the user, ensuring a user‑centred design approach is upheld across all projects

• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in product design, including designing and launching consumer‑facing digital products
• Deep understanding of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Extensive knowledge of design systems and how to evolve them to cater to diverse use cases
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and their application in the design process
• Expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) and prototyping tools
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking methodology, and user‑centred design practices
• Aptitude for balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and excellence among team members
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex design challenges
• A proactive and self‑directed approach to work, with the ability to take on leadership responsibilities
