Reporting to the Head of Orthodontics, the successful applicant will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatment plans, ensuring compliance with DOH and DHA regulations, and contributing to the continued excellence of the practice. - Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions using advanced techniques and technologies.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
- Fabricate, adjust, and monitor the use of orthodontic appliances, including braces, retainers, and aligners.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with DOH and DHA standards.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication to patients and caregivers regarding treatment progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient safety at all times.
- Stay current with industry advancements, continuing education, and regulatory updates.
- Valid DHA license as an Orthodontist Specialist.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in orthodontic practice.
- In-depth knowledge of orthodontic appliances, treatment modalities, and digital orthodontic tools.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient management, communication, and interpersonal engagement.
- Strong adherence to government regulations and clinical best practices.
- Ability to work flexibly on a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
