We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Orthodontist to join our esteemed medical facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced orthodontic care to patients of all ages, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies in the field. As a Specialist Orthodontist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, preventing, and treating dental and facial irregularities, ensuring that our patients achieve optimal oral health and aesthetic outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.Utilize advanced imaging and diagnostic tools to evaluate dental structures and determine the best course of action.Implement and manage various orthodontic treatment modalities, including braces, aligners, and retainers, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments and modifications to achieve desired results.Educate patients and their families on orthodontic procedures, oral hygiene practices, and the importance of compliance with treatment plans.Collaborate with dental and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and address any interdisciplinary concerns.Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthodontics through continuous education and professional development.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and the benefits of orthodontic treatment.Preferred Candidate
Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with a recognized orthodontic specialty certification.Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in orthodontics, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.Have a strong commitment to patient care, with a compassionate and understanding approach to treatment.Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Show proficiency in utilizing modern orthodontic technologies and software for treatment planning and patient management.Be a team player, capable of collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.Exhibit a strong sense of ethics and professionalism in all interactions.Skills
