We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
- Manage incoming calls emails and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
- Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
- Provide comprehensive information about our property facilities and accommodate special requests
- Ensure accurate processing of reservations including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
- Maintain current knowledge of promotions rates and availability to provide precise information
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the propertys policies procedures and services
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service
- Exceptional customer service skills with a guest-focused personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles (preferred)
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current trends (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
