What are we expecting from you?Reporting to the CRC Team Leader, you will act as a brand ambassador of the Maison, delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience across all CRC touchpoints. In this function, you will:
- Deliver outstanding service with discretion, professionalism, and care
- Act as a trusted advisor, inspiring clients through product knowledge and storytelling
- Handle client enquiries, orders, returns, and after-sales requests
- Drive sales through meaningful conversations and proactive client follow‑up
- Build long‑term client relationships through clienteling initiatives
- Ensure seamless omnichannel support between CRC, online, and boutiques
