- Be the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay
- Manage inquiries via phone, email & booking platforms
- Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with housekeeping & maintenance teams
- Monitor reviews and maintain high guest satisfaction ratings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
