The Role
- Report to the Reservations Manager, supporting the reservation process efficiently.
- Handle internal and external booking inquiries, ensuring all reservations are efficiently processed.
- Provide professional and timely responses to guest emails and phone inquiries.
- Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Promote Tattu’s offerings, keeping guests informed about upcoming events and experiences.
- Maintain close coordination with the service team, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Assist in analyzing reservation data, helping the team optimize bookings and availability.
- Support the Reservations Manager in any administrative duties related to booking systems.
- Regular team sessions to promote team work and wellness
