Customer Care Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle client inquiries, provide support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction across all communication channels.
Responsibilities- Handle customer calls, emails, and messages professionally
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports
- Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution
- Provide product and service information clearly
- Meet daily performance and service targets
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, polite, and patient attitude
- Willing to work in shifts if required
