IIQAF Group is hiring a proactive and professional Customer Service Agent to support our construction operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, service coordination, complaint resolution, project updates, and administrative support while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and project-related communications
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and technical teams
  • Provide accurate project updates and service information to clients
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently
  • Maintain CRM systems and customer service documentation
  • Schedule site visits, follow-ups, and service appointments

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience handling B2B or project-based client support
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and project workflows
