The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare job cards, coordinate with the workshop team and ensure a smooth experience from vehicle drop off to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Explain services including PPF, tint, polishing and ceramic coating
- Prepare quotations and job cards
- Schedule appointments and manage daily bookings
- Coordinate with detailing team for job progress
- Provide updates to customers
- Upsell additional services and packages
- Prepare invoices and handle payments
- Maintain customer records and follow up for reviews
