• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries regarding travel, tours, and bookings
• Assist with flight reservations, hotel bookings, tour packages, and visa guidance
• Resolve customer complaints, cancellations, refund requests professionally
• Maintain accurate reservation records and client data in travel management systems
• Collaborate with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to provide the best services
• Meet monthly customer satisfaction and service targets
• Ensure compliance with UAE tourism regulations and company policies

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Agent
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced travel environment
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience working in travel agencies, airlines, or tourism companies in Dubai
• IATA or travel certification (advantage)
• Multilingual skills (Arabic/English)
