Overview
Manages all guest messaging and support across booking platforms and communication channels.
The Guest Relations – Guest Communication role handles guest interactions before, during, and after each stay. This includes responding to inquiries, confirming bookings, providing arrival information, assisting with requests, and managing feedback. You will represent AirDXB with professionalism, speed, and a guest-first approach to ensure a positive experience and strong reviews.
