This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Travel Consultant will manage the end-to-end process of designing and arranging travel itineraries, handling client requests, and making reservations. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, addressing clients' travel needs, and ensuring smooth and enjoyable travel experiences. The candidate will coordinate travel requirements for both corporate and individual clients while aligning with the highest service standards upheld by the company.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating tailored Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and technology-focused tools is an advantage
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry and knowledge of global destinations is desirable
- Relevant qualifications in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are a plus
