Overview Of The Role
We are looking for an Emiratization Service Advisor with fluent English speaking skills and some customer service experience for this full‑time permanent role located in Abu Dhabi.
What You Will Do- Provide full support to all customers visiting the service center and be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs.
- Ensure customers receive a warm welcome when entering the branch.
- Direct customers with appointments to the correct executive to create a smooth transition from branch entry to sales executive introduction and provide a professional service.
- Give a warm send‑off to customers exiting the branch to acknowledge and show that we care.
- Effective communication skills.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Emiratization with family book.
The role reports to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy workshop environment dealing directly with all levels of people in the organization.

High school diploma. Strong customer service, analytical and communication skills. Highly motivated and passionate about cars.
