Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care & Lead Follow-Up Executive to support our sales and customer service operations. This role focuses on following up with leads, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating with internal teams. While it does not involve direct selling, it plays a key role in supporting the sales process through timely and precise follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Send follow-up emails to leads from Dubai operations
  • Conduct professional Whats App follow-ups with assigned leads
  • Manage social media leads for Australian operations
  • Update and maintain lead information in the CRM/lead management system
  • Coordinate with the Australian sales team to ensure completion of follow-ups and tasks

    Track customer responses and update lead status accurately
  • Assist with inventory updates and basic data tracking when needed
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with company guidelines and service standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer care, lead follow-up, or sales support
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable using email, Whats App, CRM systems, and basic online tools

    Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
