We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our growing veterinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client‑facing environment, communicates with warmth, and remains composed during emotionally sensitive situations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments efficiently
- Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Educating clients about clinic services, policies, and basic pet care
- Maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor during stressful or emotional moments
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills
; additional languages are an advantage - Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems
- Composure in fast‑paced or emotionally sensitive environments
- Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare settings is a plus but not required
