Tele Marketing Executives

Luxury Unlimited Holidays is a premium holiday and vacation membership company. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves contacting potential customers, promoting holiday packages, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases
• Explain holiday packages and company offerings clearly and professionally
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Follow company scripts and maintain high customer service standards

Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Malayalam and other languages are an advantage)

• Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
• Ability to convince and build rapport with customers over the phone
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
