Onboarding Sales Specialist

Are you the kind of person who can handle a high volume of inbound leads, stay organised, and guide customers through a process without dropping the ball?

You’d be joining a fast growing UAE “rent now, pay later” platform that helps tenants pay monthly while landlords still get paid upfront. It’s a phone led, inbound role where your job is to make onboarding smooth, fast, and accurate.

• Salary up to AED 10,000 plus commission
• Inbound lead flow daily, no cold calling grind
• Small team, no politics, high ownership, supportive culture
• Clear progression as the UAE team scales
• Office first setup in Tecom (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

• Speaking to inbound leads all day (phone and Whats App)
• Explaining the service clearly and guiding users step by step
• Collecting and checking documents (accuracy matters)
• Keeping your pipeline organised and following up consistently
• Moving customers through to approval and contract signing
• Coordinating handover once the customer is live

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer support, onboarding, or similar (UAE experience is a plus)
• Confident on the phone with a calm, professional tone
• Strong organisation and attention to detail (you don’t make sloppy mistakes)
• Comfortable with high daily volume and fast follow up
