In this essential Métier role, you will be at the forefront of Chanel’s unwavering commitment to product excellence and client satisfaction. By providing expert hands-on assessment and repair of CHANEL Fashion products, you will directly influence the quality and longevity of our creations—ensuring they meet the highest standards expected by our clients. Your meticulous attention to detail and technical expertise will enhance the client experience, uphold Chanel’s reputation for craftsmanship, and support our boutiques and aftersales teams in delivering service par excellence.
You will also contribute to the knowledge and skill development of our internal teams, further elevating standards across the region.
- Deliver expert technical support by independently assessing, prioritizing, and repairing incoming Fashion products, both from aftersales channels and internal stock.
- Collaborate closely with boutique partners to fully understand client needs, ensuring each repair supports a positive Chanel experience.
- Conduct inspections to determine authenticity, quality, and reparability of merchandise, following Chanel’s rigorous standards.
- Manage repair workflow and scheduling, taking into account workload, lead times, warranty, and client status.
- Execute systematic repair processes using tools such as CASS/AX, and maintain thorough administrative records.
- Support quality management by assisting with recalls, vendor returns, and escalation of recurring product issues.
- Participate in and facilitate training to continuously enhance technical and Métier-specific expertise, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintain clear, regular communication with internal and external partners to provide timely updates and ensure seamless repair operations.
- The satisfaction of restoring beautiful Chanel creations to their original glory, knowing that your craftsmanship brings joy to clients.
- Solving technical challenges and making sound, independent decisions that prioritize quality and client needs.

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a repair, technical, or similar field; experience in fashion or luxury is an advantage.
- A technical or design background, with a strong foundation in the principles of repair and maintenance.
- Exceptional technical and operational skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and execute repairs independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
- A proactive, resourceful attitude—demonstrating urgency, self-reliance, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
- A high level of attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to upholding Chanel’s standards.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to resolve issues independently and the judgment to escalate collaboratively when needed.
