We are hiring a Customer
Service Advisor for a leading organisation in the financial services industry
. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support on services, plans, and schemes
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM documentation
- Educate customers on digital and e-channel platforms and promote their usage
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable supporting customers across phone and digital channels
