Role Overview:
We are seeking a polished and professional Front Desk & Customer Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for our distinguished clientele. The ideal candidate will embody the elegance of our brand, ensuring every guest receives a royal welcome and a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
Manage inquiries via phone, email, and Whats App with promptness and accuracy.
Coordinate booking schedules and assist in the documentation process for car rentals.
Provide clear information about our fleet, rates, and flexible payment options (including Tabby).
Maintain the aesthetics and organization of the front office area.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written);
Arabic is a strong plus.
Professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
Previous experience in the car rental or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
