Position Title: Customer Relations Executive – Business Center
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualification.

About the Client:
A business hub provider in Dubai.
Job Description- Building relationships with potential customers and converting leads into new clients.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing clients.
- Managing customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints across various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborating with other internal departments to optimize the existing customer experience.
- At least bachelor’s degree with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in speaking English and knows how to communicate with clients & managers via phone and email in a firm and friendly way.
- With 2 years’ experience in managing customer service in a Business Centre or Corporate setting.
