- Handle high volume live chat and other online tools
- Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e‑commerce industry
- College degree or above
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi is required for effective communication with international partners and stakeholders
- Previous experience with cross‑functional support will be advantageous
- High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous; sense of responsibility and spirit of teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and aim to exceed expectations
- Passionate about the customer service industry and willing to work under different shifts
