Gym Receptionist – FIVE Jumeirah Village
A driven self‑starter with excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. What We’re Looking For- Previous experience in the gym and spa industry, demonstrating a strong commitment to luxury service standards.
- Creative solutions and ownership of all duties, ensuring an unparalleled experience.
- Ability to become an integral part of the team, pushing boundaries and setting new standards as a dedicated employee.
- Strong familiarity with and understanding of how to safely use and maintain gym equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in gym and spa operations.
- Commitment to safety, exercising prudence and maintaining an organised work environment.
- Remarkable time‑management and multi‑tasking skills to deliver a five‑star experience even under pressure.
- A hands‑on attitude, fueled by a ‘Can‑Do!’ spirit.
- Answer telephone calls promptly and with a five‑styled flair, providing guests with precise information.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide bespoke guidance to guests regarding gym and spa procedures.
- Assist in gathering guest feedback on service quality to elevate standards.
- Ensure all check‑in, check‑out, and payment procedures are handled in accordance with policies.
- Open and close the gym and spa punctually and efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all guests.
- Maintain a lavish reception area that is impeccably clean and welcoming.
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and conducive to smooth movement.
- Monitor and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Promote spa services actively, including treatments, sessions, retail products, programmes, promotions, and discounts.
