Position: Parent Relationship Executive (Immediate Start)

Due to the continued success of our new school GEMS Founders School Dubai South, we are seeking a Parent Relationship Executive to join our Front of House team in Dubai. This role is integral in supporting the Principal to build a strong and engaged parent community, ensuring enrolment targets are achieved and delivering a high standard of customer service to both prospective and existing parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead school tours, presenting the school in a professional and engaging manner to support enrolment targets.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the school’s Front of House/Reception to ensure an exceptional standard of customer service.
  • Manage and develop school communication channels, including newsletters, website updates, and event communications.
  • Organise parent and community events to foster engagement and support retention activities.
  • Provide content to promote the school’s academic and extracurricular achievements through internal and external communication platforms.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and enrolment activities.
  • Ensure timely and professional handling of parent concerns, feedback, and enquiries.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales‑focused role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment targets.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use digital platforms effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
