- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Smart Salem
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions in our customer relationship management system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service workflows
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer management software
