About The Role

• Serve as a continuous source of information for guests, assisting with all needs and responding promptly to all incoming correspondence.
• Prepare reports and support the team, handling incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding Atlantis Dubai products or services.

• Previous experience in a call center or related front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations, or similar environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation, patient demeanor when dealing with guests, positive attitude at all times, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for customer service.
• Computer literacy and Opera system proficiency; fluency in English is a must.
• Preferred fluent speakers:
  Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French, due to our guest demographics.
