Book That Boat .ae is a leading platform for booking boat rentals in Dubai. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and seamless bookings for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative
.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ensure accurate input of booking details into the system and provide confirmation to customers.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling
    • Promote additional services and upgrades to customers, such as extended rental hours or premium packages.
    • Suggest complementary experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • On-Site Customer Support
    • Greet customers upon arrival at the boat, confirm bookings, and collect any outstanding payments.
    • Provide customers with a brief overview of safety protocols and boat features.
  • Boat Preparation and Inspection
    • Inspect the boat before departure to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and ready for the customer.
    • Address any issues or discrepancies with the boat owner or maintenance team promptly.
  • Customer Relations
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their rental period.
    • Resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer feedback.
    • Assist with daily reports and operational documentation.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the boating industry is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
    • Familiarity with Dubai’s tourism and boating industry is an advantage.
