Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer
. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing, and real estate promotional design

This role requires a creative professional who can develop visually compelling designs across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, brochures, and advertising materials
, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital and print marketing campaigns
• Create engaging social media graphics, real estate promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams on campaign development
• Stay updated with design trends, technology, and industry best practices
• Support and guide junior designers when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design
• Experience working on real estate, property development, or related marketing projects preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, or video editing is an advantage
• Strong visual storytelling, typography, and conceptual design skills
