Senior Content Creator​/Videographer​/Photographer

Northstar Creatives is a premium content and marketing agency working with ambitious brands across the UAE and international markets. We specialise in high-end video production, social-first content, and performance‑led creative — and we’re now looking to bring a highly skilled Senior Content Editor into our core team.

This role is not for juniors. We’re looking for someone who is technically excellent, creatively sharp, and comfortable owning projects from end-to-end for on‑going clients.

As Senior Content Creator, you will be responsible for film/editing high‑quality short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, paid ads, and brand campaigns. You’ll work closely with our creative marketing teams to deliver polished, on‑brand content that performs.

• Create high‑end video content for social, digital campaigns, and branded content
• Deliver fast, clean, and creative edits optimised for performance
• Apply advanced motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate
• Collaborate with creative directors and strategists to execute briefs accurately
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency
• Use AI‑assisted workflows to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality

• Strong camera knowledge from shooting/lighting
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects (motion graphics, animations, effects)
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve (colour grading and finishing)
• Proven experience editing content for brands, agencies, or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of social media formats (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts, Ads)
• Experience using AI‑assisted editing tools and workflows
• High attention to detail, strong visual taste, and storytelling ability
