Flat Gigs is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, experience-first media and events platform that curates strategic, culture-forward gatherings across the region.

From curated founder circles and VC dinners to ecosystem launches backed by major stakeholders, this platform brings together startups, aspiring founders, operators, and industry leaders — in formats designed to spark real conversations and drive tangible outcomes.

These are not "events for the sake of events".

Every experience is intentional. Every guest list is curated. Every format serves a purpose.

This is a hybrid role blending event coordination and event marketing.

You will help design and execute some of the region's most relevant startup and innovation-led experiences.

• Coordinate logistics, RSVPs, partner support, and production timelines
• Manage event checklists, vendor communication, and venue liaison
• Oversee follow-ups and post-event coordination
• Support email, social, and community outreach before and after events
• Draft captions, assist with reels, and brief designers for social media
• Manage guest lists using tools like Luma or similar platforms
• Monitor startup and ecosystem events across the region
• Take ownership of on-ground coordination and energy management during events
• Be available every Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for in-person events in Dubai Media City

• Comfortable switching between spreadsheets and Instagram captions
• Detail-oriented, but aware of the bigger picture of community building
• A self-starter and proactive problem-solver
• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Curious about startups, founders, and the innovation ecosystem
