AI Content & Growth Specialist; Execution Focus

We are looking for a hands-on Content & Growth Specialist who loves execution, moves fast, and leverages AI tools to multiply their output.

This is NOT a strategy-only role. We don't need a "manager" to oversee agencies. We need a builder who writes, creates, and ships content daily.

• Create & Ship:
  Produce weekly content for Linked In and scripts for short-form video (Reels/Shorts).
• Leverage AI:
  Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up copywriting, research, and workflows.
• Coordinate:
  Manage briefs for external editors/designers to ensure they deliver quality on time.
• Grow:
  Execute organic growth tactics (SEO basics, GEO, community engagement, newsletter).
• Report:
  Track what we ship and the results it brings.

• You are a "Doer":
  You prefer publishing 3 posts today over planning a strategy for 3 weeks.
• You are AI-Native:
  You know how to prompt AI to get 80% of the work done instantly.
• You are Organized:
  You can handle a content calendar and keep deadlines.
• English:
  Native or bilingual proficiency is a must.
