· U·T Dubai is hiring a Motion Graphics Designer. As part of an experienced team of professionals working on projects for fortune 500 companies you will create cutting edge solutions. Together with colleagues around the world in 4 offices you will maintain and solidify our reputation as the leading technologically advanced and innovating user experience company.

• You follow brand guidelines to keep a consistent look and feel across all videos and animations
• You edit and enhance video footage and 3D renders, adding transitions, visual effects, music, and sound design
• You manage multiple projects at once, staying organized and meeting deadlines without needing constant direction
• You revise and improve your work based on team feedback, always aiming to deliver high-quality results
• You communicate regularly with your team to give updates, share progress, and flag any challenges early
• You stay updated on design trends, animation techniques, and software updates to keep your work modern, polished, and competitive
• You maintain clean, well-organized project files and share assets in a way that makes collaboration smooth for the whole team
• You support the creative team as needed, stepping in with ideas or help on shared projects when deadlines are tight or priorities shift
• You think conceptually, and you can see the bigger picture
• You are precise and prompt and you do what you promise

• You have expertise in motion graphics, compositing and visual story telling
• Strong foundation in graphic design, typography animation, and video editing
• You are proficient and know all the ins and outs of key industry-standard tools – Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• You are knowledgeable in 3D and particles plugins such as Element 3D and Trapcode.
• You have Expert knowledge in motion graphics, video / audio editing, post-production and VFX across diverse digital and large media formats
• You have Strong knowledge in encoding, format conversion, and media optimization for large LED shows, web, broadcast, and social platforms
• You have Proven experience designing motion content for interactive applications, including mobile UIs, VR, and AR environments
• You have Foundational understanding of UI/UX design principles, and the technical specifications required across different output channels
• You have a Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of motion design work, from branding to storytelling and digital experiences
• You are keen on details and able to produce high quality professional outputs for large LED walls
• Experience working with media servers and their file formats such as Watch out, Disguise.
