3.
As a Technical Event Coordinator, you will own the technical excellence behind every event we deliver.
Your mission is to transform creative concepts into flawless live experiences — ensuring seamless execution across lighting, sound, LED, stage, and streaming.
- 0–30 Days
You will immerse yourself in Daos Hub’s event ecosystem and internal workflows. You’ll gain a deep understanding of our 6‑stage event flow, venue infrastructure, and technical setup standards. This phase is focused on learning—understanding how we collaborate with vendors, how we structure technical documentation, and how production integrates with content and operations. You will begin supporting the execution of small‑to‑mid scale events while building familiarity with our quality expectations.
- 31–60 Days
You will transition from support to ownership. You’ll independently manage the technical execution of multiple events per month, ensuring smooth coordination across lighting, sound, LED, and streaming. At this stage, we expect you to start identifying inefficiencies and introducing structure—strengthening pre‑event checks, refining technical briefs, and optimizing workflows to improve consistency and scalability.
- 61–90 Days
You will take full ownership of the technical function. You will confidently coordinate vendors, oversee rehearsals and live production, and ensure every event meets Daos Hub’s production standards. Beyond execution, you will begin shaping the system itself—implementing repeatable workflows, elevating production quality, and enabling the team to sustainably deliver up to 20 high‑quality events per month without compromising excellence.
